PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Position PCM & Trade Sales and Client Management function as a specialized functional resource to support customer group ensuring a high quality of customer service and management.
2. Market and bring onboard new Corporate and Commercial Customers for PCM Services.
3. Closely manage a portfolio of top income earning corporate customers in PCM & Trade, liaising with Relationship Managers (RMs), and Ensure a positive and productive relationship with RMs.
4. Ensure optimal utilization of facilities set up for the existing customers within agreed time frame.
5. Deepen relationships for maximum through put and achieve targeted revenue/volume growth from a portfolio of existing customer base through quick turnaround time and build-up of good rapport with concerned personnel.
6. Analyse and establish PCM& trade potential from the portfolio of clients in order to actively follow-up on sales opportunities
7. Liaise with PCM & Trade Operations Teams/representatives to ensure operational effectiveness for each client and to fulfill all customer needs.
8. Make presentations on PCM & Trade products to internal and external customers.
9. Conduct regular customer visits in conjunction with the RMs to boost utilization on existing facilities, as well as solicit enhanced trade volumes.
10. Act as single point of contact for client’s Trade related services and inquiries.
11. Initiate and build strong relationships with other functions in order to ensure that revenue opportunities are maximised at all points in the trade cycle.
12. Perform in-depth analysis of customer issues to determine causes, improve turnaround and develop solutions.
13. Maintain and report weekly MIS of trade business (volumes, revenue), highlighting key areas of development opportunity as well as concerns where required.
Portfolio Management of corporate clientele by providing effective solutions under the Cash Management arrangement.
Maintaining adequate sales coverage in the region by addressing the needs as defined in the business plan.
To ensure requisite levels of customer service and adequate account maintenance by supporting the Regional Head in problem solving endeavours.
To provide assistance in managing and maintaining product profitability to meet established revenue goals.
To assist in customizing Cash Management solutions for key clients with comprehensive project studies and pilot phase planning, making instant availability of funds for clients utilization, ensuring productive value addition in automation and system integration, while conforming to bank’s standards and policies.
Close liaison with Corporate Banking, Financial Institution, Operations, Technology, Product and Implementation team for Cash Management needs.
Conducting exhaustive system studies to identify the existing systems of the customers by exploring the strengths and weaknesses and providing them technology oriented solutions by highlighting the areas requiring improvement.
To increase product penetration/presence in the region through aggressive marketing and periodic competitive analysis by offering innovative products and efficient reporting tools.
To increase product awareness by frequent client meetings and presentations.
Weekly activity reporting to the Regional Head in order to provide updates on ongoing sales activities and new business ventures in terms of pricing and product development.
Manage a team of BDOs and PBOs.
To build/develop deposit through PBOs team.
To manage front office team of the branch in absence of BM.
Ensure account opening procedures, AML / KYC are strictly adhered to as per policies.
Account Opening & Account Closing, Cheque Book Issuance, ATM Visa Debit Card, SMS Alerts & Phone Banking, Activation of Dormant Accounts, Stop Payment of Cheque, Issuance of Term Deposit Certificates.
Monthly Balancing of Stock Stationary.
Responsible for internal and external audit (SBP) conduct and reporting.
Deals with corporate and commercial customers of high profiles. i.e.(He & She, Master Tiles, Al-Asif, Flight Master Travels, Marvellous International, Indus Group Of Colleges etc.
Responsible for managing the team responsible for selling consumer products to commercial and retail existing & potential customers. Identify cross selling opportunities and bundle the products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans & Car Loan) to maximize the bank’s NFI. Identify ways and chalk out strategies to enhance throughput from the existing customers.
